PROMOTION
Promotional activities for enterprises prescribe, as a preliminary, the development of a culture of its image and reputation
This culture, in turn, imposes the efficiency of the criteria of: quality, productivity, production organisation, HR and financial management. Eventually, a continuous skills development required by the international context.
Enterprises who will have not nurtured upstream a corporate identity, would be exposed to external dependency, with a sacrifice of their essential autonomy.
An institution capable of supplanting the entrepreneurs to achieve some competencies not subject to their know-how and to guide them in their professional activity, will contribute to reassure these operators and to consolidate their strategic positioning on the international markets. Enterprises development should match with a qualitative increase of their efficiency:
- Productive as well as of products and markets expansion;
- Exploitation of production systems and techniques, integrating new technologies respecting the local natural environment;
- Enhancing productive synergies, thanks to alliances of local small enterprises converging to the same production;
- Skills in the field of the agro-industrial processing, storage and distribution of foodstuff, in Africa.

In Europe, young entrepreneurs feel delivered to a deregulated market and often without any specialised support.
In Africa, the heritage of competencies and networks the informal entrepreneurship has developed has not received the necessary support for its value.
The lack of a National co-ordination for the support to the enterprises has inhibited a cohesion to their development, penalizing an efficient production organization, affecting adversely the acquired skills and the markets dynamism.

Enterprise creation cannot be limited to the mere launch. A systematic follow-up is required to preserve and develop such rich skills heritage and of enterprises net. Such deficiency, in Europe as well as in Africa, entailed enterprises management frequently improvised, whilst the access to international markets are subordinated to strict management policies.
The lack of specialised services for enterprises has penalised increased productivity, essential for an international integration.
As the informal Sector represents in Africa two thirds of its economy, a national recovery could only be made possible, through the institution of organs responsible of a specialised quality support to the enterprises, respecting the local culture.

REPERCUSSIONS

The expected results from CENADE achievement generate for African countries the following results:
- New opportunities of enterprises development;
- International Alliances; CENADE protect entrepreneurs against any agreement focusing subcontracting or exploitation.
- New productions not yet experimented (mosquito nets, viticulture)
- Introduction of new technologiesgenerating an increase of the agricultural production (irrigation pumps with solar energy, among others)
- First farm mechanization with low costs investments;
- First agri-food processing for small farmers
- Investment multiplier stimulation thanks to a local services netspecialised for the enterprises.
For European enterprises:
- Alliances opportunities for a quality production respecting the environment,
- Revival of industrial production fallen into disuse in Europe (i.e.: small tractors-irrigators).
- Alliances with African enterprises with advanced skills for a new production with high quality-price ratio. CENADE, will reassure European entrepreneurs about the seriousness as well as competencies of their future partners.
- An openness on huge future markets, as unsatisfied.
